Refund and Returns Policy

At La Llama Politically Incorrect Club, every item is made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

However, we will happily replace an item if there is an issue caused by printing or shipping.

1. Eligible Replacement Reasons

We offer replacements for:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged product
• Misprint
• Manufacturing defect
• Poor print quality
• Item lost in transit

If your item falls under any of these categories, we will resend a new one at no cost.

2. Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Ordering the wrong color or variant
• Minor color differences due to screen settings
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Items returned without contacting support first

3. Reporting an Issue

To file a claim, email [support email] within 7 days of receiving the product.

Include:

• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• Brief description

We will handle everything with the print provider.

4. Lost Packages

If tracking shows the package never arrived, we will send a replacement.

5. Cancellations

Because items go into production immediately:

• Orders cannot be canceled once submitted
• Changes to size, color, or design cannot always be applied

6. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• We cannot produce/replace the defective item
• The order is canceled before production begins (rare)

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
